Smaller company means things get done quicker and everyone knows each other which is nice. Colleagues step up to help you when needed. Positive open door attitude.
Cons
Many changes happening and the company is not meeting it's stakeholder's goals. Communication needs work. False sense of ownership where leadership wants you to make decisions but then does not agree and makes you change your decision and when you go to them for help they wonder why you are not making the decisions yourself. Slightly limited resources.
