Free healthcare inside clinic. Coworkers are usually nice

Cons

High turnover, everyone has multiple jobs , management is non stop changing. The same people who run the company to the ground are the ones making all the decisions and getting promoted. They hire a “type”. Patients are not the priority,management only cares about looking good for the client and making very little decisions based on patient care or valuing employees
