Fairness, Integrity and a heaping portion of employee dedication is the main course meal at Proactive Communications Inc. I will always be grateful for the stepping stone they provided that got me back overseas and to accomplish my financial goals. Once the contract unexpectedly ended early, they stepped up and helped those misplaced employees as much as possible and probably more than any company I've seen. Although I was picked up by the parent company, many of my co-workers were left with few options. PCI provided re-employment assistance in every way they could. I was touched by their efforts.
Cons
Checks and balances with remote management were not conducted as regularly as they should have. Consequently, a few rogue managers overseas inadvertently ticked off some of the wrong power players.
