Pros

Worked with some of the best technology-based minds I have come across. Great family-oriented/faith-based atmosphere and overall excellent benefits.

Cons

Pros outweighed the cons so no real complaints

Pros

Top level leadership, Marc and Larry, cared as much about taking care of employees as their customers. I cannot imagine that I will see another company as an employee as family focused again; not in a for-profit organization. The success of the organization was built on their solid character as professionals and men of solid values. I would work for these guys again in a heartbeat.

Cons

Lack of investment in R&D and non-defense operational market strategies early into their most successful years, made it hard for them to survive the troop exits from Iraq and overall slowdown of extended operations in the Middle East. A possible path would have been NGO operations throughout Africa and abroad. It is hard to think of a "Con", as this was a wonderful experience, full of wonderful leadership and coworkers.

Pros

Best company I have ever worked for, when there were more people the benefits package was amazing with PCI picking up the tab for our costs. The ESOP turned out to be so awesome and was a huge surprise when I found out the amount. In my opinion the employees in Afghanistan were treated very well. Management always willing to help and answer questions. I liked the fact that that most of the stateside management were confessing Christians, there was so much integrity I had wished to work for them the rest of my life.

Cons

It was difficult at times to get answers from upper management but they would always come through in the end with the best answer.
