      Pros

      Remote. If you care about growth and want to be paid accurately run.

      Cons

      Corrupt owners and leadership does not know what they are doing. They are using Excel to track commission and it's typically not right!!! This is easy to catch with direct hire placements and awful with contract. There are so many better agencies out there. No structure in place.

      -Remote -Mostly left alone to do your work which is a catch-22

      Cons

      -Owners are barely there except for one-sided rants -Constant political talks - very "right" -No training, leadership does not care about our growth, we are left alone and not learning anything new -Commission is a little better but not by much without the benefits you would get at a larger staffing agency (no 401k, no training, no paid company sponsored trips) -Pay and commission percentages are not all the same between the recruiters and the sales team, some make more than others and for no reason -Unethical practices with clients -Lazy sales team

      Chance of a lifetime!

      Pros

      I was given an opportunity to leave a staffing firm and join a great team! It may sound too good to be true, but it is the best firm to work with! There are no KPI's, Draws, or limit on territories/skill sets. Excellent compensation, salaries, recruiters, management etc. Working from home is a huge benefit as well!
