Pros

I got to speak Spanish at work as much as English, which I really enjoyed.

Cons

I had to remove this place from my resume. After an interview at a big well known CRO, some feedback I got was that this company has a reputation for hiring under-qualified people without proper experience/education into roles that typically, at a large CRO, require a much higher standard. I thought about it a little and that completely aligned with my experience working here. Many of the staff members didn't have a uni degree, even in the higher "director" positions. And the pay was dreadful; it didn't match the industry standard for that title at all. Also, the work life balance was horrible, no appreciation for ambition or talent. Ideas for improvement were shut down quickly. Executives are very pretentious and unapproachable, and looking back, that's kind of funny considering the industry reputation of not being a serious CRO. Point is, I took it off my resume because I was embarrassed to be associated with this place.
