Pros

Free Food Bonus Network partners can be fun to work with

Cons

Poor on boarding process Lack of diversity Nonexistent HR Work life balance is not encouraged Company culture is forced and not genuine Positive reviews were encouraged with a gift (bribery) Pay is not competitive at all Company targets inexperienced talent who can easily be taken advantage of Company culture encourages employees to work outside of scope in as a “positive”, hence not being mindful of work life balance. This includes taking on numerous tasks that were not included in job description or receive additional compensation for. Senior employees take advantage of new hires rather than working alongside them. High turnover rate Busy work for a niche medium that’s declining No education on relevant forms of media that’s being used in the industry

Pros

- Immediate team had great culture - Some people in senior roles were really great (some) - Made really great connections and friendships here, especially the last 3 or 4 people I reported to. - Office is pretty - Used to have chef / masseuse - Office is dog friendly and was nice see dogs in the office most days. - Hybrid schedule was nice, although not flexible if you for any reason need to WFH more than the set days on occasion. - Unlimited PTO (except it wasn't REALLY unlimited, as the days still needed to be approved obviously and were often denied).

Cons

- Pay increase was not delivered as discussed. However, newer and less experienced team members were brought on making close to $10k more the rest of the team. - Favoritism determined career advancements. - Most of the company worked *unpaid* overtime / late hours most days of the week and were never shown gratitude, but then were reprimanded for coming into work 5-10 minutes late. - Making mistakes is a huge "no-no" here despite what they may tell you. The amount of times we were disrespectfully berated for even the smallest mistakes is ridiculous. - As you may have collected from the last few bullet points, the culture and environment was very toxic (senior management often managed with fear tactics rather than creating a safe space to learn and grow). I've talked about my experiences here with family and friends, and they could not believe most of the stories I've shared.
