      Pros

      Everybody is nice, great product, decent pay.

      Cons

      They cap expenses at $500 per month and anything over your on your own, and it takes more to manage a whole state. Start pay is low and once you hit $50k monthly gross you lose all expenses they come out of your pocket and you make less than before hitting this benchmark.

      You get to work in the field and meet great people.

      Cons

      Micromanage, the company wants you to do a lot with very little. There is an expectation for you to pay company expenses with your own money. The management is very condescending and take joy in belittling you.

      We believe that our monthly allowance is an adequate amount, and in fact, most of our dealer consultants do not regularly exhaust the amount. We take pride in offering a competitive benefits package, a flexible work schedule, and real opportunity for growth and advancement. Hitting the road each day is no easy task. However, with a combination of determination and willingness to learn, our dealer consultants are guaranteed to have a rewarding career!

      Pros

      Honestly, there is nothing nice to day about the place. Not good people to work for at all. Poor work environment.

      Cons

      They are con artists and rip off their customers. They lie, are rude, disrespectful and pay low wages. They are horrible to work for.
