      Employees and team leaders are so kind and helpful. They love their work and committing to it. Your experience will grow with a hot market skills definitely.

      Cons

      You are ganna fight to take your needs from IT and HR. you will think tooooo much before asking for something because you will spend too much time negotiating your problem as having a new headphone and you may choose to buy it yourself instead of communicating with him. You may see your colleagues have great setup not like yours.
