      Unprofessional, employees are paranoid and up-tight.

      Pros

      None. You are micro-managed and not allowed to do anything apart from their simple-mined instructions. No understanding of how to operate a professional sales office.

      Cons

      Typical scam-you are forced to lie to keep your job and when you question the management you get fired which is conveniently at a time in which you are owed commissions which they keep. The sales position has been a revolving door for years. They will fire you after 6-10 weeks after suffering through a very long "training period" which is elementary at best, while earning $1400 a month. They will promise to give you solid leads which are nothing more than slips collected in malls by scouts that have people sign-up to win a contest that doesn't exist, or even worse-to get free candy. Every level of this business is based on lies including the few employees who have been there for a long time because they are willing to make their money by feeding the emotions of every person out there that dreams of "making it big". If you have a soul and compassion for people, you will not be successful in this business. If you are still considering this position, keep in mind that you will have random people going through your files and taking over your interviews.

      Pros

      I've been with PMTM for over 20 years in both full and part time positions. The model and talent industry is laden with all kinds of companies that promise the moon and deliver nothing. Pro-Model & Talent Management is NOT one of them. They care deeply for the models/talent they work with and represent, and it shows. They have hundreds of successful talent working all over the world. I mention this, because as an employee I feel it's important to know that you can (and will) have pride in, and believe in your job if working at PMTM. Just like any good company, they expect the best from their employees, and nothing less. They set high standards. But it is a generous and supportive environment. So, if you aren't afraid of hard work in an exciting industry to build a career - give them a call. It's the real deal.

      Cons

      This isn't a place to come if you're planning on only "looking" busy. Hard work and focus is the backbone of success here.
