Pretty simple work. A lot of OT opportunities due to being constantly understaffed.
Cons
Management is under qualified which makes the day-to-day very chaotic due to poor planning and I'll-advised decision making. Very 'cliquey' and a lot of backstabbing. Management does not hesitate to cast blame or throw others under the bus to cover for themselves.
Not too many other than some cool people I worked with.
Cons
Run by idiots, poor communication, horrible upper management, pay doesn’t match amount of work expected, nepotism is really bad, pretty much a joke all around.
