      - small crew that trusts you to do good work - leadership genuinely cares about the mental and physical health of the team and are willing to sacrifice productivity to make sure you're taken care of - strong leadership vision and impressive growth trajectory for the company

      - very early stage so still lots to figure out, but that's par for the course
