Pros

They do everything they can to make your sales happen The manager is nice

Cons

Bad benefits- they only pay $300 towards health insurance in totally, so if you have family, is very expensive No 401k They are quick to make harsh decisions without thinking it through They will fire you without a warning They only care about bottom line instead of employment satisfaction.

Pros

There are no pros to this company

Cons

Company sucks. Managers and HR do not follow company policy and will rift you up at every turn worth no verbal warnings. They do not care about mistakes or if it's your first time making the mistake...you will get written up and eventually fired. Manager is not friendly and is very condescending. Team leads do not help and lie to cover themselves. They overwork you and don't allow you to only work 8hrs even though in the employee handbook it doesn't say you're required to work more than 8hrs. The workload is ridiculous and too much, but they're too busy trying to please patients and doctors, that they don't care is you're overworked or worn out. Get the job done and don't complain.

Pros

They had breakfast tacos the first day I was hired. That’s the only pro..

Cons

- I initially applied for the receptionist position but they gave me a different position. When I got hired the two employees in this position kept telling me that they should’ve hired the receptionist for this position instead of me and it was just my first day.. so ofc I didn’t have a warm or even nice welcome. HR and Management stated that my qualifications are better suited for this position because the receptionist did not obtain a bachelor’s degree. - When I started the employee who left before me told management and hr she got a new job and that she has been looking for a new job for months now. So management and HR has known she was looking for a new job for months and received a new job for about a month. Tell me why they started to last minute look for a replacement three days before the previous employee left? I only had 2-3 days of training. - When the previous employee left there was only 1 other person with this job description who was MIA a lot. When I asked him a question he just seemed very annoyed or treated me as if I was dumb and he wasn’t very helpful at all. Honestly, he kept insisting that the receptionist have my position instead. - Management and HR has a very uncomfortable close relationship. If HR felt offended than management would come to her rescue and do the firing for her or even do the confrontation for her. - Management and HR plays favorites. This position made you do way more outside of the listed job duties by 10x. I’m a fast learner and I completed a task that should’ve taken 1 week in 1 day. After I completed it management decided to let me go because I hurt HR feelings in some sort of way? He didn’t explain how I did or even told me ways to improve or even give me a warning. It was my 3rd day there and I’m unsure how I would have hurt her feelings I’m too busy cramming and had no time to run off and start offending people. But yeah I hadn’t even worked for a week before management decided to let me go and on top of that I got let go in the morning but received an email the day prior about meeting the manager. Honestly I would’ve preferred to have gotten let go that evening so that we didn’t have to waste both of our times in the morning but that’s just how they work things. - Also, I heard from other employees that they have the tendency to fire a lot of people without a notice and change the way they do things only to hire more people and when they mess up their company’s name they would redo the viscous cycle. - Management and HR stated that they do yearly bonuses but many employees told me they hadn’t received a yearly bonus in over three years. - Don’t waste your time here they under pay as well. I have a Bachelor’s degree so I was way more qualified for this $12 position but I wanted to grow my roots in a company I thought I could share my values and beliefs with. But this company or even people was not it.
