      Working for PSS

      Pros

      Training is spot on, Pay is very well with no experience, Overtime is available, Multiple locations and company's to work with through out the country and acrossed the world, Every one on board is knowledgeable on there skill set and is willing to teach and answer all questions asked, The opportunities here are endless either to move up in the company or to move from tool set to tool set in one fab or in a different fab. The leads and supervisors here at Principal Service Solutions are very good they listen to every issue and concern. They assist in completely resolving all concerns day or night.

      Nothing everything about this company seems great!

      Starter up job nothing special

      Pros

      Good learning experience and some good trainers out there. Job help me gain experience electrical wise and gain alot of experience. Open the doors to the current job I have now.

      Cons

      If traveling, they dont let you travel back home every weekend more like once a month. Definitely not job for man with kids and family. Its a contractor job so it will run out if they cant send you to other fabs. Not very good communication with HR or management. Wont match 401k. Benefits ain't that great.

      Pros

      Have great communication between employee and employer. Tim is always there to help. If staff doesn't know answer, they get the answer and call you back right away.

      Cons

      Would really like them to offer a scholarship or some time kind of assistance for those who want to further their education.

      This is a very interesting idea. As you know we do many employee functions such as dinners, lunches, Christmas parties, Customer Service Challenges, and so forth. I will bring this up as a possible option at the next Corp. meeting or maybe some variation can be worked out. Thanks for your suggestion!
