      Be careful of the golden handciffs

      Pros

      Excellent pay and benefits, lots of bonuses for working here

      Cons

      They hire/promote people that aren’t prepared for supervisory roles based almost entirely on their degrees (and pedigrees). It makes it really frustrating to try to do your job because unqualified people are supervising you.
