Pros

If you can call it a pro you have more than enough work to do because you will be assigned work of several people

Cons

It is one of the worst places I have ever worked in because of the management. There is no respect, no professional behavior, no design and planning, only finger pointing, backbiting and bad mouthing. I felt suffocated in there. I regret joining the company.

Pros

Schedule was routine, numerous paid holidays off, Christmas dinner was great, company picnic, dental insurance was superb. 401k was great. Pay once you become a full hire was decent for what you were expected to do. The company yard sale where you buy products with small flaws was a good deal at first but got worse as time went on. Their bad weather policy is very understanding, but their sick policy could be improved I feel.

Cons

Co-workers attitudes were sour, with few exceptions. Management would ignore problems, such as one coworker threatening to beat me up in front of other witnesses numerous times. We went thru temps like crazy, several that were run off should have been kept. Several that were kept should have been disposed of. Several temp agencies got so fed up with it, that they just stopped bothering to send people. Bin fillers are overworked and there are precious few good ones. The old timers are mean to the new people, very abusive in some areas. They act as if the person is going to be greased lightening on day 2 and that's just not feasible. One manager would tell you one thing, another would tell you another, and neither would be correct thing. The employee reviews were a joke, they nag about donating to the United Way something fierce. Expect to be under staffed, expect to see a job that needs doing and everyone ignoring it because "it's not my area".... There will be no moving up, you start as a floor monkey and will remain there with small lateral adjustments possible. If you speak Spanish, maybe you can move up but that's it. Average floor monkey has given up hope, has checked out mentally and is lazy as sin. You will see waste and plenty of people chatting instead of working.
