Pros

This is a very loving , fun , and upbeat environment. After work it's like we all become friends because they have a pool table , two Playstation & two flat screen TV so once the day is done we would loosen up the ties and have a little fun. I can honestly say I never went into work and dreaded being there. I would still be there if my family didn't make us move.

Cons

The hours are long but it's definitely worth it in the long run.

Great work environment & work culture; you feel like you're part of a family. Very supportive team members & managers.

Cons

For the amount of work that is expected and required, the compensation is not enough. Should offer base pay + commission for every deal closed.
