Hard work in dangerous conditions.

Decent benefits. Paid holidays. Quarterly bonuses if quotas are met.

Cons

Very physically demanding work in dangerous conditions, for not enough pay. Safety regulations aren't followed unless OSHA is called in and fines the company for violations. Employee injuries due to hazardous conditions are commonplace.

HR Department doesn’t care about staffing issues Company sources outside hires for Management Positions doesn’t care if they are even qualified. Too many bosses not enough line operators Salary isn’t competitive with similar companies including veteran employees. Corporate doesn’t invest in infrastructure at Oakwood, common areas and bathrooms are awful
