You will get along with your co workers

Management is terrible and disorganized. CEO is never involved and makes decisions based on assumptions. Vice president is not happy working under his ceo so make’s environment more hostile.

Hours worked, schedule. Site and contractor leadership.

Cons

Didn't want to work with me. Felt like the HR at the site was buddies with my boss. Didn't allow me to try a different task even though they were short staffed in that department. Got yelled at for doing one small adjustment that allowed me to be more productive.
