      Pathetic - Unpaid overtime

      get to work on big movies

      Cons

      everything else unpaid overtime. work for 16-20 hrs a day and get paid for 8 hrs. if you refuse they fire you. disgusting disrespectful management, they know nothing about the pipeline. you can easily be replaced by a fresher who has zero knowledge.

      i don't think there any chances to grow skill set as fx artist

      there is no life balance almost every holiday and sun u have to go office ,either u have work or not ,becoze other department is coming.
