      Love the company and the culture

      Pros

      The company is filled with talented and smart people working on a great product that shows when customers talk really highly of it. Not just that, the people are really great, smart and have created a really healthy remote-first culture which allows you to invest time in your own life. There are a ton of pros to list so this list may be too short. All in all, if you're getting an offer from PriceLabs, go for it!

      No Cons as such. The feedback system is great and they genuinely are passionate about customer service which is evident in their being

      Bad managers, worse schedule

      Bad managers, at least in my team Gatekeeping as well, as there are more and more tasks and goals added in order to be promoted as time goes by, and the rules are applied arbitrarily as well. Said rules don't make a lot of sense either, but be aware that once you make any kind of constructive criticism, not only will this be in vain, but management tends to take it personally. They talk a lot about being honest, but in my experience, I don't believe opinions are well-received. Salary is on the low end The schedule is rather bad, often having to work on weekends, or 6 days in a row with a comp off day in the middle of the week, instead of the normal 2 off days in a row. So that you can work 6 days in a row, have 1 day off, and then work again for example.

      I recently joined this company that truly values its employees' growth and integration. From day one, they have taken the time to meticulously guide me through all the necessary steps. The work environment is exceptionally dynamic, fostering both personal and professional development. Every team member I've encountered has been incredibly welcoming, contributing to a warm and collaborative atmosphere. I feel extremely fortunate to be part of such an outstanding team and am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
