      Amazingly, a globally distributed team manages to provide intra and cross team support making it feel as though we’re all in the same room at the same time.

      Cons

      This is not a 9 to 5 business.

      A very dynamic-healthy culture within the organization. Open and friendly atmosphere. Each business unit is a high performance, self-organized team. An abundance of empathy and support offered by upper management. Work-life balance is part of the DNA. Every individual is respected, valued, and an ideal place for someone who likes to take the baton and lead.
