      Pros

      I worked with some lovely people, and the store has a great atmosphere. I love music and the fashion so to be able to work around those two things was a pleasure.

      Cons

      The pay isn't great, it is minimum wage, especially because you have to do a 3 month trial before being offered any in store discount.

      Pros

      The working atmosphere is very relaxed but still attains high standards of customer service which we deliver to every customer. The work is enjoyable and very rewarding.

      Cons

      I find it hard to state any negatives about working for pretty green other than the pay is quite low, an increase in pay would be very welcome but the staff discount does to an extent make up for this.
