      - Great managemement. -Plenty of opportunities to grow and progress through the company. -Brilliant water machine.

      Cons

      In all my three years of working at Prestige, I cannot think of any negatives that really stand out to me. However the hours can be quite long but the fast paced environment can really make you think you are in a time machine some days!

      Toxic environment Bad practices Poor management Low pay Commission for current month is halved if you are off sick even once (yes really) After teasing throughout most weeks an early finish on a friday, it is often only given if the management fancy giving it, despite hitting the required, teased target
