      Great journalists; too bad there are so few of them

      Pros

      The people working there are professional journalists whom I greatly respect. The newspaper has done a wonderful job reaching a digital audience and taught me digital practices.

      Cons

      It seems every 6 months, staff is asked to do more with less as more folks are let go. It's a wonder that a newspaper gets out every day.
