Working environment withing the teams is great. There is always an enthusiasm of healthy competition among the team members. The only scale of your performance measurement is the quality of output that you are providing. Everyone motivates one another to place their points and opinions in front of the management

Cons

Sometimes the work gets monotonous and boring, but that is a part of the work, obviously once you get habitual of the work then it seems a bit boring, but none the less, you can always ask your team mates or seniors management for a change of task or a small break, that helps you in concentrating on the task at hand in a much better way

One of those few elite EdTech's out there where the founders are very friendly and they treat you as their equal and a very healthy work culture is also there in the production team and every other team for that matter.

Cons

The salary could be more work the quality and dedication of work the employees do.
