      High turnover, toxic culture

      Pros

      It’s fun at first because they’ll pay for drinks and incentives. But it’s not free.. you have an extremely low salary as a result. If you’re a white guy, you’ll be treated better

      Cons

      They TELL EVERYONE regularly to give 5 star ratings on Glassdoor, this is the only reason it has 5* High turnover, no security in job, people come and go weekly Culture of alcoholism and drugs As with most recruitment consultancies, you are expected to work overtime everyday with no overtime pay. Low basic salary plus commission. Commission can be good, but vast majority of people don’t make much

      Pros

      There is constant support and amazing mentorship from the managers with thorough and consistent training. The commission and promotion structure is stellar, with attainable goals that the team helps you reach. Not to forget that the team incentives are hard to beat! A hybrid schedule is offered and every day is an opportunity to work with a collaborative team toward a common goal.

      Cons

      So far, so good! Before accepting the role I was lucky enough to speak with plenty of current and long-term employees who have had nothing but positive things to say about iO and PRG alike. It goes to show how well they take care of their employees.

      Culture of 'say whatever it takes to get a deal'

      Pros

      Lots of incentives. Smart casual dress code. Nice office.

      Cons

      Incentives and everything else based on heavy drinking. High pressure to meet kpi's and targets and work into the evenings and weekends. Lies to clients and candidates in order to close deals taken as a given.
