Pros
The primary reason to work at Precision is because of the people. The people are great and you will never find a better team to work with. They have made an amazing product that people actually use and 99% of the time really enjoy using. The job was easy because I was providing tech support for a product that is super user-friendly and easy to figure out.
Cons
Feels very much like a boys' club and hard to get into if you're not a good personality fit. From my perception outside of the sales team, the sales department seemed like a very "eat or be eaten" environment.

Pros
Work in a family-oriented culture with people who appreciate high-achievement as well as a work-life balance. Growing company with very bright future. Opportunity to provide much-needed certification opportunities to students nationally. We get to work with educators to implement our exams, our clients are the best kind of people.
Cons
It takes a lot to get the ball rolling, a lot of effort to begin seeing results. Patience is a must.
