      I wouldn't be able to last here without my supportive teammates.

      This company has a very stressful and demanding work environment. The management is awful at delagating tasks, so employees are often bombarded with too much workloads without enough time. The stress here is insane, and none of us can keep up with the demands of the job and the management.

      Nothing comes to mind. The pay and benefits are average.

      Cons

      High turnover because of horrible work-life balance! Employees are constantly bombarded with brutal workloads, long hours, and insane demands! Schedules are inflexible, and employees are given barely any time off which contributes to the awful work-life balance they have. The company couldn't care less about our personal lives so they put in zero effort into making things easier for us!
