      Was better before new management

      Pros

      We were a tight group and always supported each other for the majority of my time here. Things got done and with pride.

      Cons

      Those with the knowledge and skills were suddenly expendable by the new managers and director that came in. They killed all morale and gutted the place.

      -Work life balance / remote work -Modern development tools and environment -Quality development hardware provided -Low tech debt -Coworkers that are committed -Enterprise grade code structure, repo process, pipelines -Consistent and quality release process -Management is always open to new or better ways of doing things

      Cons

      -No formal on the job development. You are expected to learn new things and skills but no hours are allotted to this pursuit -Some growing pains as some standard business processes are still being flushed out -Development teams are more siloed than would be ideal
