      Its not a "good choice" anymore!

      Pros

      Job security people are very supportive and friendly in many teams If you're from jaipur you'll get to stay with your parents.

      Cons

      Management is dumb/deaf. Management has let go of the roots of this organization No new projects Not an employee-centric company anymore (It used to...but now it is not) Some Hrs don't reply to queries as if they are very busy. LOL Salary hikes are very low. There is a difference between being manipulative and being a liar. Some leaders don't understand it. First Saturday is working.

      It is ideal for jaipurites, ppl can stay in there home town.2. Some of the long term projects are good.

      1. Bad appraisal 2 Factory Culture still far from corporate culture. 3. Small projects not much to learn. 4. compensation is not good. 4. 1st Saturday working. 5. No health insurance covered.
