1. Career development is fast 2. Resourceful, helpful and talented colleagues 3. Opportunity to learn about the Indian rural setups 4. Reputed organisation

Cons

1. Very less compensation compared to the work load. It is impractical to survive on such a meagre salary in a metropolitan city unless you belong to a privileged family 2. No other monetary benefits aside from the offered CTC 3. They do not try to retain their talented employees (which is actually a pro, because you can freely leave once you have found another opportunity)
