      1. No Pros 2. The new CEO has made the culture worse

      1. No Salary Hike 2. Will only be given 3 stars at max even you perform better 3. No support to staff during Covid. They will let you die. 4. I was having Covid and nobody was bothered. I nearly escaped death.

      India office lacks on all grounds of morality

      Nothing positive about the india office.

      Cons

      Absolutely no human touch in CMD Kalpana Sampat and CHRO Sharad. Unlike the USA counterpart, india office has absolutely no business ethics or culture. Business has suffered due to lots of miscalculated risks including selecting a wrong CMD for the job, since her lack of Sales skill and business understanding as a whole, the india business is expected to take a dip.

      Pathetic work culture and toxic environment in the company, specially IT. Zero leadership, zero team Management, zero mentoring, zero team bonding. Only exploitation of resources. High attrition rate in IT due to issue with leadership.
