Business outlook
Pros
The culture shift seems to be going positively and there are definitely changes being made for the better for all employee's benefit wise. The workload at times can be challenging but typically has a fair turn around time.
Cons
Pay is outdated. They really need to step up pay for certain roles as it really is a competitive market, and Practicemax in my opinion, is not offering competitive wages across multiple depeartments.
