Heavy work load, no work life balance, toxic environment, no confidentiality, no sign of SMT until your your in trouble , un professional, name and shame, Rules change to suit! No extra pay for bank holidays, late nights or weekends, poor sick pay, poor maternity pay, basic holidays, short staffed constantly, No bonus, no pay rises apart from cost of living, Mountains of E learning with no time allocated to complete. POOR!

Lots of changes, very poor communication within management, lots extra tasks added to ever changing role and no appreciation or remuneration in 5 years - backstabbing culture, appalling atmosphere where you are watched, harassed and humiliated by inexperienced manager. Blatant disregard to covid and working from home even though my role was not clinical! Was enabled to wfh then advised that was no longer possible! Was told I’d be furloughed one day then next day not - Absolutely awful - worked for 5 years too long! Expected to handle huge work load when only working part time. HR are also a complete waste of time - lip service only and zero support in resolving matters. Very stressful experience working within this Hospital. Staff are just a number and dispensable and not valued in any way.
