      Always felt like a start up and never built off its foundations. Director Management and Exec teams did not learn from their lower level employees to discuss what works and doesn't work.

      Working remotely is the only Pro here.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and training is not the best. I like the company was more focused on us finishing the training fast than actually learning anything. Hardly any valuable communication.
