      bad management changing employee policies to cut money from leaving employees....most of things projected to outside world is lies and inside situation is different. i have seen they only create positve reviews also to cheat future employees...lies to customer and and employees that product is ready to use. but inside they will not have .all fake

On the point of policy changes, every organisation reviews and changes the policies with time to be at par with the industry,it is never intended to deduct money from employees without a reason.       "Not a great place to work"

      - Can learn new technologies - Work more, learn more - Visibility. You can choose the role you want to do

      Cons

      - Late recognition by managers for appraisal, Too tight project planning - Forced to work on weekends - Need to stretch and complete task - No support for employees from management. - Many of us lost the job without any intimation/notice period/compensation. - No clear roadmap on the projects - No strong technical expertise

      Appreciate the time you took to write the review. On the point people leaving, nothing is harder or more challenging for an organisation than making the decision to ask someone to leave. In the very rare circumstances someone's services are discontinued, there is due process that is followed. At Powerupcloud we have benefit of flexible timing ,work from home , Comp off and weekend allowance to offer good work life balance to our employees.

      You need to enjoy solving problems. Cloud is the limit, opportunity to work on multiple cloud platforms AWS/Azure/Google Cloud. Become expert in handling client Independently. Everyday new challenge :)
