no training whatsoever, no help whatsoever, favoritism, focus on the wrong things I.e.: company is losing revenue, probably shouldn’t buy blinds for a conference room with no windows to the outside.
No real leadership management blames the lower leaders who blame lesser underlying. It's always someone else fault and department titles seem meaningless. Example purchasing telling sales to follow-up with the vendor? Customer service which seems to be counter by out sales reps demanding better time-frame? Sales blaming warehouse/production for late products from vendors.
No training. The veteran employees are very rude and unhelpful. There is favoritism and racism here. You are treated badly for asking questions or needing help. There are a few bullies there. No structure or clear training platform. More people quit here than anywhere I've worked previously.
