So many cons post GE purchase of Alstom and Ansaldo as new owners. Massive reorg. done pre Ansaldo purchase to put the " in crowd" in management positions many of which are new young managers that are clueless of how to manage. Many additional levels of management created which is a waste of money and kills company moral.
Massive amounts of people have left and continue to leave due to lack of new work, or small R&D funding in the past two years since GE purchase of Alstom as well as small to non existent raises for the rank and file in the past 3 years. All money is kept with the " in crowd" in management. Company is focused mainly on reconditioning work which they lose TONS of money on and can't compete.
PSM sinking fast and will continue to lose market share once GE releases all Siemens compatible components to the market place due to inheriting all PSM's Siemens intellectual property and prices PSM out of business.
