      poor work environment management treat staff with little to no respect clients should not have been in the home they were placed in due to higher levels of need than could be given consistent under staffing made up for with poor level of agency workers overall unpleasant experience after 1 and a half years of work

      None the place is shambles.

      Cons

      Terrible management, no work life balance. This has got to be worst company I've ever worked for. Constant safe gaurding issues and confidentially being broke. Service users put at risk on a daily basis and also staff. No training given management where two faced and completely inappropriate with their behaviours towards staff. The company is mess I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, avoid if you want your sanity.
