Pros

High Salary -- but not worth the aggravation.

Cons

I write this as a warning to anyone who is considering working here - It was the most toxic work environment and culture I've ever been around. Corporate office makes their employees write fake google reviews for their various properties, micro manages employees to the point of intimidation and fear, set up policies to have staff report on other staff causing a toxic culture of distrust. They lure you in with very high salary but it is not worth the borderline harassment of which they run their business. They can't keep good people employed there. If you ignore this warning and choose to work there you'll soon discover these things for your own.

Pros

Nice product to sell, most co-workers are friendly and benefits were good. Seemed like a dream job, turned into a nightmare.

Cons

Unprofessional so-called upper management. It is pretty much a joke who you have to report to. Unfair treatment. They will be complete jerks and make stuff up when they want to push you out.

Pros

If you are a so called minority (hate that term) especially a black woman the company is one of the few that has African Americans in management and upper management positions. Thus any criticism (and there are many) are is outweighed by this exception in a largely white property management field. Good pay - busy but largely good residents and co-workers mainly very capable

Cons

Concierge department is not respected major issues avoided (from a promised raise to safety issues -No security guards ). No transparency that really diminishes resident service. Unfair and unequal treatment of Concierge staff with some behavior that should result in firing being tolerated while others are given questionable write ups; which would not stand up in a union setting.
