Pros

Very scoped work, strong development process, good salary level, extra vacations.

Cons

You can't expect career growth if you're not wirking at the head office in Moscow. No annual salary indexation. Poor english practice. Extra 10 days vacation is a valuable profit but there is no annual bonuses.

Great (mostly) young team around, friendly atmosphere, social benefits, comfortable office. You can take part at Positive Hack Days as organizer.

Cons

Lack of interesting tasks, non competitive salaries, bad-organized department interaction, ineffective management solutions, non-transparent priority system. You want to do you job, but sometimes you can't do it because of strange top-management politics.
