Positive Pathways is a Wonderful Company to Work For!
Pros
I worked at Positive Pathways for almost a year and a half. From the second I started the job, the whole team was supportive, kind, informative, and so smart. The supervisors work very hard to ensure that all of their behavioral technicians feel competent, secure, and satisfied with their caseloads and clients. I always felt comfortable asking them for help and receiving more support because that is the kind of environment that they cultivate at PP. It was a pleasure to work among such amazing people who care so much about the wellbeing of their clients and if I could have stayed longer, I absolutely would have.
Cons
For me, the "cons" lie in the nature of the job as a behavioral technician, not in the company. It's a very emotionally and physically taxing job that requires great effort and care. PP does a wonderful job at acknowledging this and accommodating as necessary.
