Pros

This position provides valuable ABA experience in a positive work environment. If you enjoy working with children, you will find rich reward in working with these kids.

Cons

High stress position. You must be able to deal with a lot going on at once, and maintain control of a classroom setting which can be difficult since the children have issues with behavior. Pay is also not quite there, and there is little room for advancement.
