Pros

There is a lot of learning and the COO and CEO of the company are really appreciative and open All the positive reviews here are by the middle management people, the co-founders asked them and they put it along with their team while sitting on their heads.

Cons

- This firm is completely unreliable and has a lot of middle management politics. While the startup was being formed, a group of IIT and NIT grads came together to occupy the important positions and now are the pillars of this firm. But they have ABSOLUTE ZERO sense of ethics and management. Whatever they say are taken as golden words set in stone, with zero consideration towards junior level employees. They do a lot of get togethers to show how fun the work culture is but really, the only people having fun are the middle management self-righteous people - I have already said ZERO ETHICS. But I would like to highlight this company seriously can go to the extent of spoiling your life and scarring you permanently just for sadistic pleasure or to make their point - There is a very clear discrimination against women in the firm. In the entire year, they usually promote just one woman and highlight it as “look equal opportunity to women”. But who are we kidding? You can see a clear difference between the responsibilities given to a female employee vs male employee, especially in tech. They are also more criticized than their male colleagues, and I won’t be surprised if the management resorts to cuss words too. There is zero professionalism here. - This middle management is also highly intolerant towards competitive people. If you are an intelligent, competitive person, sorry this place isn’t for you. You will be misguided. - Lots and lots of politics. And the kind of politics you cannot predict. Because again, they are ready to reach personal parts of your life saying “hey we are one close knit family”, leverage them for their own benefit and permanently scar you just for their menial interests or even mere sadistic pleasures.

Pros

1. Great learning curve. 2. Ownership of things you do. 3. Flexibility of experiment but on your own risk.

Cons

1. CTO is not good at tech at all, not sure who made him a CTO. 2. Management is not good. 3. Blaming work culture. 4. CTO has established monthly rating system, every body focuses on that rather than focusing on project & tech. 5. 5 days office burns out. 6. No perks other than attractive basic salary.
