Currently we ask people to work from the office at least 3 days a week, which we think provides flexibility while making sure teams have ample time together in person to collaborate, and honestly just be around each other. (And we’re not super rigid about it. When things come up on an individual basis, we’re happy to accommodate.)
While there’s no substitute for getting time to focus at home, we also believe there’s no substitute for team members to be able to tap each other on the shoulder to get help, information, bounce ideas off each other, or any number of other things. We’re building something together here, and it’s important for us to be together. Helps us stay collaborative and warm!
This way of working might not be right for everyone, and that's fine, but it’s right for us.
