Pros
It's a great name to have on your resume. You learn a lot about international business and working within a small team.
Cons
The company is a revolving door because management has a hard time with structure, delegation, and allowing its employees to utilize their skills for the benefit of their position and the company in general.

Poor Management- They treat people poorly by ridiculing them and not paying the bonuses or expenses from traveling for work.
