It's a household name. Some franchisees are nice

Cons

Terrible cost cutting culture at head office driven by CEO who could not care less about employee well-being. All the good reviews here are for staff working for franchisees, but the experience working at the head office is universally bad. Very high staff turnover means employees are continually learning and covering for each other, and pay does not match the high job demands
