      Pros

      The company offers a competitive salary, which is a strong point for attracting and retaining talent. I am generally satisfied with the compensation. Additionally, the company places a strong emphasis on training and development. There are various opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and grow professionally.

      Cons

      If I could be picky that would be the holidays. Although it hasn't been a significant concern for me, providing the same holiday benefits to remote employees could help ensure a more equitable work environment.

      Good place to work at during tran

      Pros

      Great environment! The students are amazing. Not all students are required to show up to the center. Those that connect to zoom classes don't like to participate but those that come in person are amazing. Pay is okay. Management is okay.
