Pros

Had the potential to be a great place of work. Engaged and committed employees and a real purpose.

Cons

No direction and a lack of leadership has been the cornerstone for the last few years. Very difficult to retain the best people in this environment.

Pros

Great work atmosphere and culture, offices are really nice in a central location with a rooftop. There is opportunity to speak out as a Junior and a sense that your input and opinions are valued. Quality of work and production are to a very high standard with great exposure to a range of mediums such as print, web, digital, social.

Cons

Junior salaries tend to be on the lower side.
